Every order is made just for you, so all personalized items — Custom Big Back sweatshirts, personalized badge holders, anything made with your words or design — are final sale. No returns or exchanges on custom pieces.

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong on my end, tell me within 14 days (send a photo) and I'll make it right — remake or replacement.

Non-customized, ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days, unworn and unwashed, for a refund. You cover return shipping.
